At YOKI Tackle Fishing Gear Emporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal and select the items from your order history that you wish to return or exchange to receive a unique RMA number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Place the unused items back into their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is securely protected for transit.

  • 3.
    Print and Attach Label

    Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email confirmation and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
